Zou Erhai (Director)

Senior financial professionals in China. Graduate degree, Master of Business Administration degree. I have worked in the Chinese finance department and held numerous key leadership positions. Previously worked at Haitong Securities. Served as the General Manager of the Sales Department, Branch, and Headquarters Network and Finance Department, and Chairman of Haitong Creative Capital. The total managed fund size exceeds 100 billion RMB. Leading investment in a group of well-known domestic enterprises, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Huiliang Technology, Kelan Software, Danghong Technology, Feng Assistant, Birui Technology, Saites, Sikai Garden, Happy Sunshine, New Media Shares, Moshanghua, Rubik's Cube New Materials, Yisou Technology, etc

Tan Yunniu (Director)

PhD student at the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University, and Master of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University; Honorary President of Zhongshan Multi level Capital Research Institute, member of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants, and accountant; Led and successfully implemented several large-scale mergers and acquisitions; I have been deeply involved in projects such as China Logistics Co., Ltd., Zhen'an Technology, Yuntian Lifei, Galaxy Water Drop Technology, and Zhongke Wenge, and have rich experience in fund and project full process operation and capital operation.

Zou Shuji (Director)

Executive Chairman of the Greater Bay Area International Finance Federation, Joint Chairman of the Shenzhen Financial Chamber of Commerce, and Executive Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Import and Export Chamber of Commerce: Representative of Nanshan District People's Congress in Shenzhen; Chairman of Zhongying Investment Fund. The integrator of commercial, industrial, and financial resources in the Greater Bay Area has successfully launched the Greater Bay Area Investment Alliance, established multiple funds for new energy, education, and new consumer industries, and set up cross-border financial projects such as the Qianhai Shenzhen Hong Kong Technology Development Fund (OFLP ODIE).

I have over 15 years of experience in the fields of finance, medicine, and technology investment. She has an international perspective, fluent English, extensive overseas work experience, expertise in transaction structure design and negotiation, and project management. Current Senior Partner at Caland Capital, responsible for investment banking business in the Asia Pacific region. Responsible for company legal affairs, business compliance, project risk control, post investment management, fund filing, human resources, brand promotion, and director's office work. Rich work experience, outstanding professional skills, and a multi position composite background. Have good management experience in the entire process of equity investment fundraising, investment, management, and withdrawal.

Cheng Juesheng (Consultant)

Mr. Cheng Juesheng has over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance, having worked for multiple multinational institutions including CBRE, JLL, ING Group, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank
He has participated in multiple main board listings and financing projects in Hong Kong and the United States, including Sunac China, Evergrande Real Estate Group, Shanghai Jinmao Investment, Langham Hotel Investment, E-house China, China Real Estate Information Group, Jingrui Holdings, Dalian Yida, China Logistics Assets, China Real Estate Group, Xiamen Mingfa Group, and Xinyuan China, with a total financing amount exceeding 10 billion US dollars
When Mr. Cheng worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management, one of the world's largest international real estate investment management companies, he participated in multiple projects in Hong Kong and China with different investment strategies (low-risk, value-added, aggressive), managing a fund size of over 3 billion US dollars.

Mr. James White has extensive experience in global stock and investment management, having previously served as a fund manager at Colonial First State Global Asset Management; Economists from IMA Asia and American Express
He surpassed the benchmark index with an average annual performance of 9% in the Global Opportunities Fund of Australia's Kanglian Shouyu Investment Management Company
He has worked as a strategist and analyst for one of Australia's largest asset management companies in television, print, and online. He has appeared on Bloomberg Television, published in the Financial Times and Australian Financial Review, and has appeared as a spokesperson at conferences around the world
He pioneered at First State Investments with his analysis series "Travel Economist" by Angus Tulloch. This series of articles provides us with a deeper understanding of China, emerging economies in Asia, and the impact of technology on the global economy and capital markets
